I have been painting most of my life, even as I grew up near Dijon, France. For 15 years I worked with gouaches, then for 10 years in watercolors. I showed my worked locally throughout the Burgundy region. I moved to acrylics and now I work almost exclusively with oils. I studied at l'Ecole du Louvre in Paris, and then at l'Atelier des Beaux Arts. I became a student of two Parisian painters, Fréderic Mathieu and Sylvie Lande, with whom I am still studying.

What has been and continues to be most important to me is that I keep my own style, my inspiration, and especially the pleasure of creating. While in Paris, I concentrate now on more abstracts. While in the mountains in Idaho, I let nature be my guide, concentrating on flowers and landscapes.
